Regular Meeting. The groomer guys will be going over their findings and making recommendations to the club regarding the purchase of a new groomer for the club.
 
alert   Saturday, 2/6/2010 Annual Poker Run
The Poker Run will still be held on Saturday, even though we do not have enough snow to ride. You can draw your hands from 9-5 at the Dryden VFW and you will also be able to still purchase and/or turn in your cash raffle tickets all day. We will have our drawing between 5-6, don't miss out on your chance at your chance to win some cash and SUPPORT our club as these are the ONLY fund raisers for the year!!! Remember the Dryden VFW serves breakfast all morning and Sheila and her crew will also have some Chili and other specials for lunch, so please support them also.

We will hold our Annual Poker Run and Cash Raffle on this date. Drawing to be held after our Poker Run at 6 p.m. at the Dryden VFW. Missy has tickets and we will keep the same format as last year, $4,000 grand prize with 10 - $100 ticket winners, ALL TICKETS will be in for ALL DRAWINGS. Early bird ticket sales are once again 10 tickets for the price of 9, cash advance sale only. This is our ONLY FUNDRAISER for the year, let’s sell all 1000 tickets, if every member purchased only 5 tickets we would reach our goal, so please SELL SELL SELL and support our club!!! We can also mail you these tickets just contact Missy for tickets.
 
alert   Thursday, 2/11/2010 DEC Unit Management Plan Meeting 6:30pm
The DEC is developing the Twin Sheds Unit Management Plan (UMP) and is inviting public participation. Located in the Tompkins county towns of Dryden and Caroline, the Twin Sheds unit includes the Hammond Hill and Yellow Barn State Forests (about 5,000 acres). The Twin Sheds plan is being developed to address both short and long term land management opportunities and needs on these State Forests. You are receiving this invitation because you are a State Forest neighbor and/or are a potential stakeholder. As such, you are cordially invited to share your thoughts and ideas, meet other stakeholders and learn more about the plan at an informational meeting being held on Thursday, February 11, 2010 in the Forum room on the Tompkins-Cortland Community College main campus in Dryden, New York. The meeting room will be open at 6:30 p.m. and a brief presentation about unit management plans will be provided by DEC staff at 7 p.m. Directions to Tompkins-Cortland Community College are available at http://www.tc3.edu/about_tc3/directions.asp In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will be held at the same location on March 11, 2010. Registration starts at 10am @ the Dryden VFW Ride starts at 11am
$10 per person $20 for a family (parents and kids under 18)
All proceeds to be donated to Pink Ribbon Riders!
