Contact a trail boss to find out how you can help to make our trails safer.

Download a blank 2011-2012 work log sheet here
Use this Excel spreadsheet to collect trail work and/or grooming log information.
Entering this information electronically will really help reduce the paperwork load.
Refer to last year's completed logsheet here to see examples how to enter data.
Note:  the work log requires Microsoft Excel or a compatible program.  If you don't have MS Office, you can download and install Open Office for free.  Click here for more information.

Email completed log sheets to mail@dcdrifters.net

THANKS!

Save your Snowmobile Gas Receipts!!

It's really easy for the club to raise some extra cash for trail expenses using refunded
highway tax on gasoline used for off-road purposes (snowmobiles).
But we have to follow some simple rules when applying for the tax refund.

Here's how you can help:
(1) Get a receipt for each gas purchase for your snowmobile.
(2) Keep a record of each gas purchase- date, gallons, with your signature.
CLICK HERE to download  a printable Record Sheet
Note:  the Record Sheet
requires Microsoft Word or a compatible program.  If you don't have MS
Office, you can download and install Open Office for free.  Click here for more information.

(3) Send the completed record sheet with receipts to the club.

Thanks for your help!
